Senior Principal Software Engineer

• Lead the design and architecture of software applications across the enterprise
• Provide technical guidance to development teams on best practices and technology selection
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align architectural decisions with business requirements
• Research emerging technologies to drive innovation within software solutions
• Ensure high-quality architectural choices result in maintainable code and comprehensive documentation

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field required; Master's preferred
• 20+ years of experience in solution development, business analysis, or application development
• 8+ years of architectural leadership experience within a technical domain
• Proven ability to communicate strategies across technical and business audiences, including C-level executives
• Expertise in backend (Java, Go, Python) and frontend (JavaScript, HTML, CSS) development
