Software Engineer

As a Go Engineer, you will drive the engineering of new services and support our multi-product evolution to solve complex organizational challenges., * Responsibilities: Leading New Service Launch as a Go Engineer

・Design, develop, and improve applications using Go.

・Maintain high code quality through rigorous code reviews.

・(Depending on experience) Take on roles such as Tech Lead, Manager, or contribute to recruitment and mentorship.

・Actively participate in technical selection and architectural design during the launch phase.

[ Technical Environment ]

・Backend: Go

・Frontend: Next.js, TypeScript

・Infrastructure: AWS, GCP

・Methodology: Agile / Scrum

[Must-have]

・Professional experience in development with Go.

・3+ years of experience in Web application design and development.

・Experience in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) design and development.

・Experience in continuous development using unit testing.

・Business-level Japanese proficiency.

[Nice-to-have]

・Frontend development experience using Next.js / TypeScript.

・Experience in technical selection or architectural design (e.g., Clean Architecture).

・Experience designing for high-load/high-availability in large-scale applications.

・Experience as a Server-side Tech Lead.

・Experience with Cloud services (AWS/GCP).

6,500,000 - 12,000,000 JPY
