The HRIS Analyst will support daily HRIS operations, data integrity, and audit-related activities across our global UKG Pro environment. This role provides frontline support to HR partners and employees, maintains recurring data processes, and ensures HR information is accurate, consistent, and aligned with program and compliance requirements. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, responsive, and comfortable working in a fast-moving environment with shifting priorities., * Manage the HRIS shared mailbox and resolve People Assist requests, ensuring timely and

accurate support for global HR partners and employees. * Provide Tier 1 support for UKG Recruiting, including access troubleshooting and basic workflow questions. * Maintain daily updates to UDF fields (North America) and support routine data changes across the employee lifecycle. * Manage access to other systems, including UKG Recruiting and more.

  • Support Temp-to-Regular conversions, including Document Manager updates and user

account setup.

  • Maintain scheduled BI reports and delivery lists to ensure stakeholders receive accurate and

timely information. * Perform weekly data integrity audits (e.g., missing supervisor, incomplete records) and partner with HR teams to resolve discrepancies. * Maintain and update the global currency conversion rate within UKG Pro.

  • Serve as backup for BI alert monitoring related to audit and compliance requirements.

  • Support internal and external audit activities by preparing data, documentation, and systems

extracts as needed. * Assist with recurring reporting that supports HR, Finance, and Audit requirements.

  • Help maintain accurate employee documentation and ensure compliance with established

processes and controls. Other Duties:

Requirements

  • Familiarity with UKG Pro or similar enterprise-level HR systems preferred
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced setting
  • Proven analytical thinker with excellent problem-solving and time management capabilities
  • Service-driven mindset with a proactive attitude and strong follow-through on issue resolution
  • Trusted to manage sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism

Educational/Certification Requirement:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Computer Science, or related field, or

equivalent experience Experience Requirement

  • 3-5 years of experience supporting HRIS and HR operational processes.
  • Experience working with HRIS platforms and web-based HR tools; UKG Pro experience a plus.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and data analysis.
  • Experience with HR data reporting, recurring HR processes, and supporting HR projects or
