Infrastructure Reliability Engineer

• Design, implement, and maintain reliable infrastructure solutions using AWS and Ruby on Rails.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system performance and reliability.
• Monitor system health and performance metrics, proactively addressing issues to ensure uptime.
• Develop automation scripts and workflows using GitHub Actions to streamline deployment processes.
• Optimize database performance and management with MySQL, ensuring scalability and efficiency.
• Participate in on-call rotations to support infrastructure reliability and incident response.

• 4+ years of experience in infrastructure engineering or a related field.
• Proficiency in Ruby on Rails and AWS services, with a strong understanding of cloud architecture.
• Experience with MySQL database management and performance tuning.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, particularly using GitHub Actions.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred

• Experience with infrastructure as code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Knowledge of containerization technologies like Docker or Kubernetes.
• Previous experience in a marketplace or e-commerce environment.
