American Driver Training Academy is seeking a high-energy, people-oriented professional to be the FIRST voice and FIRST impression of our company.

This is a fast-paced, high-interaction role. You will be:
- Handling a high volume of inbound and outbound calls
- Speaking with new leads throughout the day
- Greeting walk-in customers
- Managing multiple priorities at once
If you are not naturally upbeat, engaging, and quick on your feet, this role will not be a good fit., * Manage high-volume inbound and outbound phone calls
- Greet and assist all onsite guests professionally
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Support admissions and office operations
- Maintain organized systems and records
- Handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment

- Strong verbal communication skills (phone presence is critical)
- Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace
- Typing speed of 60+ WPM
- Strong phone energy and personality REQUIRED, * Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)
