Job description

  • Lead systems engineering efforts related to product support, design improvement, and technical problem-solving.
  • Define and support development of new components, products, or processes.
  • Develop, prepare, and execute verification and validation (V&V) strategies and test plans.
  • Analyze technical data, evaluate findings, and implement process or product improvements.
  • Generate design concepts, participate in technical reviews, and execute experiments, including Design of Experiments (DOE), to assess performance against specifications.
  • Support requirements engineering activities, including risk assessments and documentation.
  • Apply root cause analysis and structured problem-solving methods to identify issues and drive solutions.
  • Troubleshoot product or process issues and recommend updates to documentation, systems, or procedures.
  • Lead cross-functional technical teams and present project updates and results to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Provide technical guidance, direction, and feedback to team members as needed.

Requirements

BEPC is seeking a hands-on Senior Systems Engineer to support a customer's Product Development organization, specifically within the On Market Support area. This role is ideal for an experienced engineer with a strong background in electro-mechanical devices and a systems engineering mindset. The selected candidate will lead complex engineering activities, support product and process improvements, and partner across functions to solve technical challenges in a fast-paced environment., * Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Systems, Biomedical, Electrical, Mechanical, Chemical) and 8+ years of related experience, or

  • Master's degree in Engineering and 4+ years of related experience.
  • Direct experience working with electro-mechanical devices.
  • Strong foundation in engineering principles, with the ability to apply technical expertise, creativity, and sound judgment to complex assignments.
  • Experience developing and executing comprehensive verification and validation test strategies.
  • Strong knowledge of requirements engineering, risk management principles, and elicitation techniques.
  • Experience using structured risk analysis methodologies such as FMEA.
  • Proven ability to define problems, perform causal analysis, and identify actionable root causes.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to drive effective solutions.
  • Familiarity with one or more of the following is preferred: IEC 61010, AAMI, ISO 13485, or SAFe Agile methodology.
  • INCOSE certification is a plus.
