Job description

  • Support the Product Development organization within the On Market Support (OMS) function.
  • Apply systems engineering knowledge to complex technical assignments involving electro-mechanical devices.
  • Develop, prepare, and execute verification and validation (V&V) test strategies and related activities.
  • Analyze data, evaluate results, draw conclusions, and recommend or implement product and process improvements.
  • Generate design concepts, participate in technical reviews, and execute experiments, including Design of Experiments (DOE), to assess performance against specifications.
  • Support requirements engineering activities and contribute to risk management efforts, including methodologies such as FMEA.
  • Define technical problems, conduct structured root cause investigations, and document actionable findings that lead to effective solutions.
  • Troubleshoot product and process issues and implement documentation or process improvements as needed.
  • Plan and execute assigned projects while identifying technical challenges and supporting innovative solutions.
  • Collaborate with technical teams, share subject matter expertise, and present project findings to internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Systems engineering?, Do you have a Master's degree?, * Bachelor's degree in Engineering such as Systems, Biomedical, Electrical, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering and 3-5 years of related experience, or

  • Master's degree in Engineering and 2 years of related experience.
  • Direct experience working with electro-mechanical devices.
  • Strong understanding of engineering principles and concepts, with the ability to apply technical knowledge, creativity, and independent judgment.
  • Experience developing and executing verification and validation (V&V) strategies.
  • Experience in requirements engineering and risk management, including tools or methodologies such as FMEA.
  • Experience defining problems and performing structured root cause analysis with clear, solution-oriented documentation.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a hands-on, onsite engineering environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with IEC 61010, AAMI, ISO 13485, or SAFe Agile methodology.
  • INCOSE certification is a plus., * Bachelor's (Required)

Experience:

  • Systems engineering: 1 year (Required)

License/Certification:

  • INCOSE certification (Preferred)
