• Define and develop system and software requirements for avionics systems
• Support design, integration, and implementation of complex systems (hardware, software, and networks)
• Lead and contribute to system integration, testing, and validation activities
• Provide technical leadership in troubleshooting and resolving system issues
• Support verification and validation (V&V) and certification activities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones and deliverables are met
• Implement and maintain security and compliance standards
• Support deployment and configuration of systems in lab/test environments
• Utilize project management tools to support execution of engineering projects

The ideal candidate brings strong experience in flight management or flight guidance systems, along with expertise in system integration, verification, and technical leadership., * Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field

• 5+ years of experience in systems engineering within Flight Management or Flight Guidance systems
• Strong knowledge of systems integration, implementation, and troubleshooting
• Experience with project leadership and cross-functional collaboration
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, * Master's degree in Aerospace Engineering or related field
• Experience with DOORS NG, Atlassian tools, or similar systems
• Knowledge of DO-178B/C and ARP4754 standards
• Experience with Agile development methodologies
• Experience with ARINC 429 and signal debugging
• Background in system verification, test planning, and validation
