IT/Point of Sale Technician

• Provide remote and on-site technical support to our customers, primarily small-to-medium sized retailers and restaurants who utilize our Point of Sale systems.
• Perform cabling, installation, repairs, upgrades, builds, and maintenance of hardware and software.
• Provide phone support to help our customers troubleshoot their hardware and software issues.

• Prior hospitality, grocery, or retail experience preferred
• A customer-friendly and "happy-to-help" mindset
• Motivated, high-energy individual with a passion for helping others
• Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills
• An eagerness to learn plus a passion for results
• Excellent communication skills via phone, email, and text
• Help maintain organization and efficiency across job sites and team operations
• Thrive in a fast-paced work environment
• 3+ years of intermediate computer experience
• Experience installing and servicing Point of Sale systems preferred
• Reliable transportation and Driver's License
• Ability to perform heavy lifting, larger items may require team lifting or the use of appropriate equipment
