Job description
The Iowa Department of Management (DOM) is seeking a skilled Infrastructure Technical Specialist (ITS) with expertise in AWS, AWS VDI, and FileCloud administration. This role will manage cloud infrastructure, support VDI environments, and provide FileCloud administration and user support., * Manage AWS infrastructure for business applications
- Administer AWS VDI environments
- FileCloud administration (Linux/MongoDB)
- Monitor cloud systems, security, and compliance
- Troubleshoot complex distributed environments
- Handle patching, upgrades, and on-call support
Requirements
- 5+ years of AWS infrastructure experience
- 5+ years of AWS VDI experience
- 5+ years of FileCloud administration
- Strong knowledge of Linux, Windows, CLI
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud Platform)
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
