Network Administrator

· Manage and maintain network infrastructure and systems, including firewalls, VPNs, routers, and switches

· Install and configure network equipment; troubleshoot and resolve hardware and network issues

· Communicate networking issues to management and key stakeholders

· Administer and support Microsoft 365 and Intune device management

· Oversee Hyper-V server environment, virtualization, and storage systems

· Monitor system performance, security, and backups (Datto)

· Collaborate with security vendors (SentinelOne, Blackpoint) to maintain strong cybersecurity posture

· Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues organization-wide

· Implement and document IT best practices, policies, and procedures

· Provide responsive, professional support to end users

· Lead network infrastructure projects from planning and procurement to implementation and documentation

· Coordinate with subcontractors and external consultants; manage vendor relationships and conduct regular business reviews

We are seeking a hands-on Network Administrator to support and enhance our IT operations. This position is ideal for a self-motivated professional who enjoys working in a dynamic small-business environment and is eager to take ownership of the full IT infrastructure stack.

Our Technology Environment

· Approximately 50 users in a mixed-device environment

· Windows and macOS devices (managed via Intune)

· Microsoft 365 suite

· SonicWall NSA 2800 (VPN and perimeter security)

· Ubiquiti UniFi wireless infrastructure

· Hyper-V cluster (7 servers)

· HP SAN (Alleta MP) for storage

· Datto backup solutions

· SentinelOne endpoint protection and Blackpoint MDR, · Minimum 3 years' experience in network and/or system administration

· Strong background with Microsoft 365, Intune, and Windows environments

· Familiarity with macOS support in business settings

· Experience with firewall management (SonicWall preferred)

· Knowledge of virtualization (Hyper-V) and SAN storage systems

· Understanding of cybersecurity tools and best practices

· Experience with backup and recovery platforms (Datto or similar)

· Proven troubleshooting abilities

· Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities

· Self-driven and adaptable

Preferred/Bonus Experience

· Experience with UniFi networking equipment

· Exposure to MDR/XDR security environments

· Interest in emerging technologies

Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year, * 401(k)
