Azure Infrastructure Engineer

This role is on a true cloud infrastructure team- Candidates must come from an infrastructure background and not be devops focused. They must be able to explain the network and infrastructure components of Azure including DNS, subnets, storage accounts and know how to create private endpoints in Azure as well. Candidates must know Azure native services inside and out along with Terraform. Terraform enterprise knowledge is most ideal but the manager will look at cnadiates that jsut know terraform open source.

Deep knowledge of Azure Cloud Adoption Framework(CAF) or similar frameworks Cloud Security (e.g. Azure Policy, Azure Defender for Cloud, Azure Sentinel) Experience with cloud security Hands-on experience with CI/CD toolchains such as Maven/Jenkins Experience with general programming languages Java/python etc Agile development practices and test-driven development Experience with configuration management and automation tools such as Ansible, Puppet, CloudFormation, Salt Minimum 8 + years

This is a Contract position based out of Charlotte, NC. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $70.24 - $70.24/hr.
