Job description
- Technical Field Support: Act as the primary point of contact for field technicians, troubleshooting complex technical issues during the installation process.
- Quality Assurance: Execute detailed technician checkout processes to ensure all solutions are correctly and completely integrated according to the Scope of Work.
- Stakeholder Management: Maintain strong relationships with customers and installation partners by providing detailed feedback on performance and progress.
- Documentation: Update internal systems and teams regarding installation status and technical resolutions.
- Responds to inquiries and requests for assistance with an organization's Envysion systems or PCs. Logs calls, identifies problems, troubleshoots and provides advice to assist users through standard scripts or checklists. Coordinates with level 2 or higher IT resources to resolve problems if necessary.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Customer inquiry handling?, * 1-3 years in a technical support role with progressive responsibility. Previous field experience is a major plus.
- Technical Skills: * Proficiency in Linux, Google products, and (ideally) Salesforce.
- Strong background in networking and system integration. Familiarity with surveillance system installation and operation.
- Soft Skills: High attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, * How many years of experience do you have working with networking and system integration ?
