Job description

  • Manage the lifecycle of telecommunications services, including procurement, deployment, and maintenance.
  • Coordinate with vendors and carriers such as AT&T, Verizon, and Lumen to ensure timely service delivery and issue resolution.
  • Oversee technical activation and configuration of network devices like routers, switches, and firewalls.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot circuit-level issues during testing and operational phases.
  • Maintain comprehensive inventory and documentation of all active circuits, including critical details and contract timelines.

Requirements

Our client, a leading organization in the autonomous mobility industry, is seeking a Network Administrator to join their team. As a Network Administrator, you will be part of the IT Department supporting the organization's network infrastructure. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, meticulous attention to detail, and proactive problem-solving abilities which will align successfully in the organization., * Proven experience managing vendor and carrier relationships to meet project deadlines.

  • Exceptional attention to detail for tracking complex circuit IDs and maintaining billing accuracy.
  • Deep understanding of networking fundamentals such as TCP/IP, VLANs, and routing protocols like BGP and OSPF.
  • Knowledge of various telecom standards and circuit types including Fiber, EPLs, Wave, Broadband, and DIA.
  • Bachelor's degree in IT or Computer Science; industry certifications such as CCNA or Network+ are highly desirable.
