Job description

Lead and oversee data migration efforts, including ETL, data cleansing, complex data analysis, testing, and validation. This role requires strategic planning and coordination to ensure seamless transition between legacy and new systems within government timelines.

Minimum Experience & Responsibilities:

Data migration planning, assessment, and strategy development Lead ETL, data cleansing, and validation activities Design and execute comprehensive data migration testing strategies Support stakeholder management, security, and compliance Optimize migration performance and resolve data issues Identify business process improvements impacting data migration

Requirements

15+ years of experience in data engineering and data architecture Expert knowledge of Informatica and RDBMS Experience with AWS, Java, Pega, Salesforce, MuleSoft preferred RDBMS certification (Oracle, PostgreSQL, or MS SQL) required Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field Strong SQL, statistics, and technical documentation skills
