Job description
Our Midwest Healthcare client is seeking an experienced Organizational Change Management (OCM) Lead for a contract engagement supporting healthcare IT initiatives. This role requires a unique blend of OCM expertise and the ability to establish a FinOps/Cloud Governance framework. This 100% remote role has a 3 month initial duration., * Lead OCM efforts including stakeholder management, change readiness, and communications planning
- Facilitate working sessions with clinical and IT leadership
- Assess organizational needs and translate findings into governance strategy
- Design and implement a FinOps/Cloud Governance framework, including:
- Cloud Center of Excellence (CCoE)
- Cost accountability models
- Tagging standards and policies
- Chargeback/showback models
- Governance guardrails
Requirements
- Proven experience in Organizational Change Management
- Hands-on experience building or implementing FinOps or cloud governance frameworks
- Strong facilitation and executive stakeholder engagement skills
- Healthcare IT experience preferred
- Familiarity with Epic is a plus
