Job description
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer with strong expertise in ServiceNow Discovery and ITOM to support enterprise implementations. The ideal candidate will act as a technical SME for Discovery, drive CMDB accuracy, and support complex IT infrastructure environments., * Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow Discovery solutions
- Configure and manage MID Servers, Probes, Sensors, and Patterns
- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for ServiceNow Discovery
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex Discovery and CMDB issues
- Work with infrastructure teams to ensure accurate asset and dependency mapping
- Support Agent-based and Agentless Discovery implementations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
- Ensure best practices for CMDB data quality and ITOM processes
Requirements
- 5+ years of ServiceNow development and implementation experience
- Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow Discovery (must have)
- Solid experience with ITOM and CMDB
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure (networks, servers, storage, applications)
- Proficiency in JavaScript, XML, REST/SOAP APIs
- Experience configuring and supporting MID Servers
- Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
