Job description

As a Digital Project Manager, you're the person clients rely on. You own the relationship, run the engagement, and drive outcomes from website builds and migrations to campaign optimization. You're not in the weeds writing code, but you know enough about web to lead credibly and ask the right questions.

About 80% of this role is client and project management. The rest is understanding the digital landscape well enough to guide strategy, connect the dots between business goals and execution, and keep a sharp team pointed in the right direction.

What you'll do

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients. You will build trust, manage expectations, and deliver results
  • Run discovery sessions to uncover business needs and define clear, prioritized digital roadmaps
  • Oversee project delivery end-to-end, keeping timelines, budgets, and quality on track
  • Facilitate communication between clients, designers, and developers so nothing falls through the cracks
  • Bring strategic perspective by connecting client goals to market trends, user insights, and digital best practices
  • Identify opportunities to grow accounts and deepen client relationships over time

Requirements

  • 5+ years in web project management or a similar client-facing digital role
  • A track record of managing complex web projects including builds, migrations, or optimization engagements from kickoff to launch
  • Strong communicator who can translate between business stakeholders and technical teams
  • Comfortable leading discovery, building roadmaps, and keeping multiple work streams organized
  • Familiarity with SEO and digital marketing fundamentals. You don't need to be an expert, but you need to speak the language
  • Agency or consultancy background preferred
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Technical fluency

We're looking for hands-on comfort with the tools below. No need to be a power user in all of them - but you should be able to hold a real conversation about each.

  1. Familiarity with WordPress and/or Drupal
  2. Working knowledge of HubSpot CRM
  3. Comfort with web analytics (Google Analytics or similar)
  4. Experience with project management tools (Asana, Monday, Jira, or similar)
  5. SEO fundamentals - you don't need to be an expert, but you need to speak the language
  6. Marketing automation experience a plus (Marketo, Pardot, HubSpot, or similar)

Benefits & conditions

  • Salary range: $75,000 - $95,000 depending on experience
  • Medical, dental, and vision coverage
  • 401k with company match
  • Flexible PTO
  • Continuous learning and training opportunities
  • A growing team that takes the work seriously - and each other
