Job description
Workday Manager needed to join a growing non-profit organization supporting enterprise HR and financial systems operations. This role offers the opportunity to lead Workday strategy, governance, system optimization, and team oversight across multiple functional areas. The position is ideal for an experienced Workday professional with strong leadership skills, deep technical expertise, and the ability to align system capabilities with business objectives.
Workday Manager Responsibilities Include:

Oversee administration, configuration, and optimization of Workday HCM and Financials modules

Lead Workday governance, security, system integrity, and release management processes

Manage and mentor Workday support staff while overseeing daily operations and team deliverables

Develop and improve business processes, workflows, and system configurations

Maintain organizational structures, security roles, and cross-functional system architecture

Oversee reporting, dashboards, analytics, integrations, and data management processes

Lead troubleshooting efforts, testing strategies, and enhancement initiatives

Partner with internal stakeholders and external vendors to support strategic system goals

Manage Workday-related projects including upgrades, implementations, and process improvements
Requirements

Bachelor's degree preferred in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or related field

6+ years of progressive Workday administration and leadership experience

Strong expertise in Workday HCM, Financials, security, reporting, and integrations

Experience leading teams, projects, or enterprise-wide system initiatives

Knowledge of data architecture, workflows, and business process governance

Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
