Requirements
- ITIL v4 Foundation Certification
- 5+ years in IT Service Management (ITSM), including 3+ years specializing in ServiceNow CMDB and Discovery
- Proven ability to design, implement, and maintain enterprise-level CMDB architectures
- Leadership and mentorship experience in CMDB/Discovery projects
- Hands-on expertise with ServiceNow Discovery, Service Mapping, Mid Server configuration, and credential management
- Deep understanding of the ServiceNow Common Service Data Model (CSDM) and best practices for implementation
- Strong scripting skills (JavaScript, GlideScript, etc.) within the ServiceNow platform
- Proficient in configuring horizontal and top-down Discovery, patterns, and probes
- Skilled in integrating CMDB with external systems via APIs, IntegrationHub, and middleware
- Comprehensive knowledge of ITIL v4/v3, particularly Configuration, Incident, Change, and Problem Management
- Expertise in data reconciliation, normalization, and CI lifecycle management
- Experience configuring mid servers across multiple domains
- Familiarity with CMDB Health dashboards, Data Certification, and CMDB Query Builder
- Strong background in configuring Identification and Reconciliation Engine (IRE) and Discovery Rules

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
