Scrum Master

We are seeking a Scrum Master to backfill a position on a temporary basis. This role is responsible for maintaining delivery flow and upholding Agile practices for a technical team. The primary goal is to ensure project continuity and efficient team operation during the interim period., * Facilitate Agile ceremonies for a technical, integration-focused team.

• Provide coaching and servant leadership to the development team and stakeholders.
• Manage and maintain the team's workflow within Azure DevOps (ADO).
• Partner with Business Analysts, Development, QA, Project Managers, and business stakeholders.
• Uphold and improve established Agile practices and delivery flow.
• Ensure clear communication and engagement across all project stakeholders.

Experience: Senior-level experience as a Scrum Master is required, particularly with technical or integration-focused teams. Candidates must be local to Chicago and able to work in the office as needed.

Technical Skills: Advanced expertise in Azure DevOps (ADO) is a mandatory requirement for this role.

Preferred Qualifications

• Agile certifications are highly desirable.
• Previous experience within the Healthcare or IT sectors is preferred.

A competitive compensation package is offered for this role. Pay for this position falls in the range of $60.00 to $70.00 per hour. Specific benefits information for contract roles can be discussed during the application process.
