Agile Scrum Master

The Agile Scrum Master will lead and direct agile project teams to deliver project-defined business outcomes. This role acts as a process coach within a cross-functional software development team, responsible for the team's adherence to agile values and principles. The position involves encouraging team self-sufficiency, identifying risks, resolving impediments, and driving process improvements., * Lead and direct agile project teams to deliver business outcomes.

• Act as a process coach for a cross-functional software development team.
• Ensure team adherence to agile values and principles within the software development lifecycle.
• Encourage self-sufficiency within the team.
• Identify risks, report issues, and remove impediments to drive process improvements.
• Manage project setup, backlog management with Product Owners and Technical Leads, and project health reporting.
• Consult and coach other Scrum Teams to support the development of Agile processes.

• Demonstrable experience in Scrum Management.
• Ability to implement Scrum theory, rules, and practices.
• Proven ability to remain in scope and deliver outcomes on time.
• Strong organization and facilitation skills, including the ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines.
• Experience in leading large-scale agile projects.
• Ability to lead, influence, and drive team efforts and results.
• Experience working in an Agile development process with an understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Excellent written, oral communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision.

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in JIRA.

The pay rate for this position is between $70.00 and $78.38 per hour.
