Job description
Manage all project resources to deliver small and medium-scale projects within agreed timescales and to agreed budgets.
Undertake detailed project work, managing the project through all key stages from initiation to project closure.
Prepare and maintain all required project documentation, such as project plans, budgets, risks and issue logs, change control forms, business requirements, specifications, test scripts, cutover plans, etc., to professional quality standards with weekly progress reporting.
Ensure project teams comply with company standards and that all documentation is reviewed and approved.
Prepare and deliver management presentations to internal and external customers in line with business requirements.
Manage service providers to ensure they consistently deliver high quality, value-for-money solutions to agreed criteria and within defined key performance indicators.
Essential Experience Needed
Requirements
You will need to have experience integrating a Supply Chain Management Dispatcher solution with an ERP system, with a focus on Inventory Management and Costing and you must be based in Europe for this position.
Experience of integrations and migrations with JDE (JD Edwards) is essential for this position and we can only consider applicants who have the knowledge and experience with this., At least 5 years' experience in a large international environment (preferably within logistics)
2-5+ years of IT Project Management
Proven experience managing project teams
Experience with ERP Financials Migration projects
Integration of a Supply Chain Management Dispatcher solution to an ERP system with focus on Inventory
Management and Costing
