Job description
- Oversee development across embedded systems, Back End services, and Front End applications
- Partner with Product and Architecture to deliver scalable, high-performance platform solutions
- Drive Agile delivery across teams, ensuring efficient sprint execution and continuous improvement
- Champion the adoption of AI tools and modern engineering practices to enhance productivity and innovation
- Act as a hands-on leader, contributing to architecture, design, and technical decision-making
- Build and deliver cloud-based platforms, ensuring scalability, security, and reliability
- Foster a high-performance culture focused on ownership, collaboration, and accountability
Requirements
- Proven experience leading multiple engineering teams across different locations
- Strong background in Agile/Scrum environments
- Experience working with embedded systems in addition to software platforms
- Full-stack platform expertise across frontend and Back End systems
- Demonstrated experience building and scaling cloud-based solutions
- Track record of being a hands-on, builder-type leader (not purely managerial)
- Passion for leveraging and promoting AI tools within engineering workflows
- Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally with Product and Architecture
