Technology Specialist - IT Service

• SCI Cognos reporting, LMS Configuration, WCS
• PLSQL/Unix

Detailed Job Description:

• Should have around 8-10 years of Experience on Manhattan WMOS platform versions preferably on version 2018 OR higher.
• Should have technical experience in PLSQL, Unix Scripting and preferable experience in SCI Cognos Reporting , LMS Configurations ,WCS.
• Must have knowledge and expertise on end-to-end warehouse operations and warehouse management system.
• Need to collaborate with multiple teams from Infosys/customer to arrive at technical and tactical decisions.
• Should have Excellent communication skills
• Should have reasonably good production support experience and should have led critical outage and service degradation calls and should have driven end to end solutions
• Should have experience working in Onsite / Offshore model
• Should lead and drive permanent resolution of all production support issues
• Should have experience in suggesting and implementing process improvements, automations to optimize warehouse operations
• Should have good interpersonal skills.
