Job description

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Desktop Support Technician to join our IT team! In this role, you will be the frontline hero for resolving technical issues, ensuring seamless computer management, and maintaining robust IT infrastructure across our organization., * Provide technical support to end-users via help desk tickets, phone calls, and on-site visits, ensuring prompt resolution of issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity

  • Troubleshoot and resolve computer hardware problems, including desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals
  • Manage computer systems using operating systems such as Windows and macOS; perform software installations, updates, and configurations

Requirements

  • Proven experience in providing desktop support within a corporate or enterprise environment
  • Strong knowledge of operating systems including Windows (various versions), macOS, and Linux distributions
