Requirements
- 4+ years of experience hiring and leading teams as an engineering manager
- Ability to think strategically about engineering and product roadmaps, on both short and longer term time horizons
- Demonstrates rigorous thinking and effective decision-making in cross-functional environments
- Experience with billing, SaaS monetization and/or payments infrastructure
While it's not required, it's an added plus if you also have:
- Strong product sense, with a demonstrated history of developing elegant solutions to complex problems
- Experience thriving in collaborative, cross-team settings
- Proven success in building and leading a geographically distributed team, effectively managing members across various time zones and locations, Job level and actual compensation will be decided based on factors including, but not limited to, individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process (including skills and prior relevant experience, potential impact, and scope of role), market demands, and specific work location. The listed range is a guideline, and the range for this role may be modified. For roles that are available to be filled remotely, the pay range is localized according to employee work location by a factor of between 80% and 100% of range. Annual Base Salary Range:
$258,000-$376,000 USD
