We're hiring a Senior IT Services Engineer for a full-time opportunity based in Boston, MA. This role sits within a fast-paced, enterprise-level environment supporting a dynamic organization across multiple business functions. You'll work with a modern technology stack including Microsoft 365, Intune, Jamf, Windows 11, and Apple/iOS systems, playing a key role in delivering high-quality IT support and infrastructure reliability.
This is an opportunity to step into a highly visible, impact-driven role where you'll serve as a senior escalation point for desktop support and help shape the end-user experience across the organization. The team is looking for someone who thrives in a hands-on environment, enjoys solving complex technical issues, and wants to grow into a more strategic IT presence. Requirements
Microsoft Intune Microsoft 365 Suite (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive) Windows 10/11 support Apple OS/iOS support and configuration Jamf Jira or similar ticketing systems Experience with Adobe, Foxit, Zoom, Slack Strong understanding of helpdesk operations and escalation workflows Excellent communication and organizational skills
Desired Skills & Experience 3+ years of desktop support or IT helpdesk experience Experience in mid-to-large enterprise environments Technical certifications (Microsoft, Apple, CompTIA) Strong problem-solving and root cause analysis experience Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting, Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the US on a full-time basis now and in the future.
