Job description

  • Lead multiple large-scale, complex, and high visibility IT initiatives simultaneously.
  • Manage programs or portfolios of related projects, aligning deliveries with strategic business objectives.
  • Apply Agile, Scaled Agile Framework ("SAFe"), and hybrid delivery models across cross-functional teams.
  • Provide program and portfolio governance, financial management, and executive-level reports.
  • Mentor and coach project managers and delivery teams on best practices, standards, and methodologies.
  • Partner with business and technology leaders to shape roadmaps, priorities, and investment decisions.
  • Proactively manage enterprise-level risks, dependencies, and resource constraints to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required, with a concentration in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
  • Advanced degree preferred.
  • A minimum of 8 years of progressive IT project or program management experience required.
  • Experience managing enterprise-level programs and portfolios.
  • Advanced knowledge of Agile and traditional delivery frameworks.
  • Professional certifications, including Project Management Professional, PMI Agile Certified Practitioner, Certified ScrumMaster, or SAFe, strongly preferred.
  • Fluency in English required; multilingual capabilities preferred.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills, including the ability to present ideas and suggestions clearly and effectively.
  • Ability to work with different functional groups and levels of employees to effectively and professionally achieve results.
  • Strong organizational skills; ability to accomplish multiple tasks within the agreed upon timeframes through effective prioritization of duties and functions in a fast-paced environment.
