Oracle Manufacturing Functional Consultant (EBS / Cloud)

• Work closely with business stakeholders to gather and analyze manufacturing requirements
• Configure and support Oracle Manufacturing modules in:

o Oracle EBS OR Oracle Cloud SCM

• Drive fit-gap analysis and functional solution design
• Support implementation, enhancements, and production support (AMS)
• Collaborate with technical teams for integrations and customizations
• Conduct workshops, demos, and user training sessions
• Handle client communication and provide regular updates

Core Modules (Any of These)

• Work in Process (WIP)
• Bill of Materials (BOM)
• Inventory
• Costing
• Discrete Manufacturing

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Manufacturing Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Oracle EBS or Oracle Cloud SCM. The role requires direct client interaction, requirement gathering, and solutioning across manufacturing processes.

Strong communication skills are required for this client-facing role., * 7-12+ years of Oracle experience

• Strong hands-on experience in:

o Oracle Manufacturing (EBS or Cloud SCM)

• Experience in functional roles (NOT purely technical)
• Strong understanding of manufacturing business processes
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience in client-facing roles

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Oracle Cloud SCM (nice to have)
• Exposure to Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or integrations
• Prior experience with Infosys / similar SI environments
• Experience in end-to-end implementations
