Job description

  • Provide Level 2/3 application support to KPMG clients and users of cloud-based enterprise applications
  • Execute the day-to-day maintenance activities of EBS application (Order To Cash) including process design, package implementation lifecycle support, and project reviews - Identify, document, and manage client business / functional requirements
  • Assess client requirements and build of product specific functional specifications
  • Drive efficiency by continuously improving business process and task automation
  • Collaborate with diverse onshore/offshore teammates on the software development process and agile methodologies
  • Lead client facing meetings
  • Lead workshops and presentations of key solution design, technology architecture concepts and demonstrations to client stakeholders; Work as part of a team to implement solutions in an Agile-SCRUM framework by writing epics and user stories

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university in the fields of management information systems, finance, supply chain, general business, or a related discipline

  • Minimum six years' experience in post-production, managed services support or consulting experience working directly with internal/external clients

  • Experience with upgrades and functional testing, understanding of ITIL framework, ITSM and service desk management

  • Strong functional and technical knowledge of standard processes and configurations across cloud applications

  • Excellent written and verbal communication, facilitation, and presentation skills. Ability to scale projects from small to large

  • Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy and written and oral communications skills and the ability to articulate ideas effectively

  • Ability to work closely with a mixed team including project managers, technical consultants (both on and offshore) and clients to deploy and operate technology solutions, including the ability to identify a problem and enact a multi-step approach to research the cause and resolve

  • Ability to travel as necessary (up to 75%). Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future
