Job description
- Provide Level 2/3 application support to KPMG clients and users of cloud-based enterprise applications
- Execute the day-to-day maintenance activities of EBS application (Order To Cash) including process design, package implementation lifecycle support, and project reviews - Identify, document, and manage client business / functional requirements
- Assess client requirements and build of product specific functional specifications
- Drive efficiency by continuously improving business process and task automation
- Collaborate with diverse onshore/offshore teammates on the software development process and agile methodologies
- Lead client facing meetings
- Lead workshops and presentations of key solution design, technology architecture concepts and demonstrations to client stakeholders; Work as part of a team to implement solutions in an Agile-SCRUM framework by writing epics and user stories
Requirements

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university in the fields of management information systems, finance, supply chain, general business, or a related discipline

Minimum six years' experience in post-production, managed services support or consulting experience working directly with internal/external clients

Experience with upgrades and functional testing, understanding of ITIL framework, ITSM and service desk management

Strong functional and technical knowledge of standard processes and configurations across cloud applications

Excellent written and verbal communication, facilitation, and presentation skills. Ability to scale projects from small to large

Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy and written and oral communications skills and the ability to articulate ideas effectively

Ability to work closely with a mixed team including project managers, technical consultants (both on and offshore) and clients to deploy and operate technology solutions, including the ability to identify a problem and enact a multi-step approach to research the cause and resolve
