Requirements

  • 2-5 years of experience in CRM adoption, change management, or internal implementation within Financial Services.
  • Functional proficiency in DealCloud, specifically regarding pipeline management and relationship intelligence.
  • Proven track record of transitioning internal users from legacy Salesforce environments.
  • Strong professional presence with the ability to influence senior investment professionals.

Desired Skills & Experience

  • Direct experience in Investment Banking or Private Equity operations.
  • Experience creating custom training modules for specialized financial workflows.
  • Ability to troubleshoot data migration issues between Salesforce and DealCloud.
