Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience in CRM adoption, change management, or internal implementation within Financial Services.
- Functional proficiency in DealCloud, specifically regarding pipeline management and relationship intelligence.
- Proven track record of transitioning internal users from legacy Salesforce environments.
- Strong professional presence with the ability to influence senior investment professionals.
Desired Skills & Experience
- Direct experience in Investment Banking or Private Equity operations.
- Experience creating custom training modules for specialized financial workflows.
- Ability to troubleshoot data migration issues between Salesforce and DealCloud.
