Systems Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Systems Engineer to support and maintain our core IT infrastructure for our client in Delray Beach. This role will be responsible for managing virtualization environments, storage systems, backup and recovery solutions, cloud-based collaboration platforms, and network/security technologies., * Administer and support VMware and overall virtualization infrastructure. Based on general knowledge.

• Manage enterprise storage systems to ensure performance, availability, and scalability. Based on general knowledge.
• Maintain and monitor Veeam backup solutions and support disaster recovery planning and testing. Based on general knowledge.
• Administer Office 365 environment, including user support, licensing, and platform optimization. Based on general knowledge.
• Support and troubleshoot Cisco networking infrastructure, including switches, routers, and connectivity issues. Based on general knowledge.
• Manage and maintain Fortinet firewalls and network security appliances. Based on general knowledge.
• Monitor system performance, resolve infrastructure issues, and implement improvements for reliability and efficiency. Based on general knowledge.
• Participate in infrastructure projects, upgrades, migrations, and DR initiatives. Based on general knowledge.

• Strong experience with VMware and server virtualization technologies. Based on general knowledge.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise storage platforms. Based on general knowledge.
• Experience administering Veeam backup and recovery solutions. Based on general knowledge.
• Working knowledge of Office 365 administration. Based on general knowledge.
• Experience with disaster recovery processes and business continuity planning. Based on general knowledge.
• Strong background in Cisco networking. Based on general knowledge.
• Experience with Fortinet firewall administration and network security. Based on general knowledge.
