SharePoint and Power Platform Specialist

• Lead redesign and development of complex SharePoint Online team sites using modern experiences
• Develop custom solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Pages
• Build and deploy SPFx web parts and extensions for SharePoint Online
• Plan and execute migration from on-premises SharePoint to SharePoint Online
• Migrate content including lists, libraries, workflows, and custom applications
• Integrate SharePoint solutions with Microsoft Graph, REST APIs, and enterprise systems
• Conduct testing, validation, and performance optimization post-migration
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable solutions
• Provide user training, documentation, and post-deployment support
• Ensure adherence to governance, security, and best practices

• 5+ years of SharePoint Online experience (administration + development + migration)
• Strong hands-on experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages)
• Proven experience with SPFx development (custom web parts and extensions)
• Experience migrating from on-premises SharePoint to SharePoint Online
• Strong understanding of SharePoint architecture, governance, and security
• Experience with SharePoint migration tools
• Experience integrating with Microsoft Graph and REST APIs
• Experience with Azure Entra ID
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
