Job description

  • Design, develop, and maintain interactive Tableau dashboards and reports to support business decision-making
  • Translate business questions into structured analyses and clear visual outputs
  • Write efficient SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze data from enterprise systems
  • Design and implement statistical models or machine learning approaches to support forecasting, optimization, or predictive analytics initiatives
  • Work within Databricks or similar platforms to explore and analyze large datasets
  • Partner with data engineering and cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and reporting consistency
  • Perform root cause analysis and identify trends, risks, and performance drivers
  • Document reporting logic, metric definitions, and data sources
  • Present findings in a clear and concise manner to both technical and non-technical audiences

We are seeking a Senior Data Analyst candidate who combines strong business intelligence skills with applied data science capabilities. This role will drive data-based decision-making through advanced analytics, scalable dashboard development, and statistical analysis. The ideal candidate is highly proficient in Tableau and SQL, comfortable working with large datasets in Databricks, complex analysis, automation, and modeling. This position requires strong critical thinking, technical skills, and the ability to translate complex data into clear business insights., * Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related quantitative field

  • Bachelors and 6+ years of work experience, Masters and 4+ years of work experience. PhD. no relevant work experience.
  • Strong Tableau development skills (calculated fields, LOD expressions, parameters, dashboard design best practices)
  • Proficiency in SQL, including joins, aggregations, and basic query optimization
  • Experience working with Databricks or similar cloud-based analytics environments
  • Understanding of data warehousing concepts and ETL/ELT processes
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Effective communication and presentation skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's or PhD degree in a related field
  • Familiarity with version control tools such as Git
  • Experience applying statistical methods, predictive modeling, or machine learning techniques to solve business problems
  • Experience supporting operations, manufacturing, supply chain, or enterprise analytics
