Job description
In this role, you will provide front-line technical support and help ensure the reliable performance of hardware, software, and network systems. You'll play a key role in maintaining a secure, efficient, and productive work environment across the organization., * Act as the primary point of contact for end-user technical support via phone, email, in person, and ticketing system
- Respond to and resolve support requests in a timely manner; escalate complex issues when needed
- Install, configure, and deploy desktops, laptops, printers, and peripheral devices
- Troubleshoot issues related to Windows OS, Microsoft 365, networking, and other standard business applications
- Provide support for conference room technology and audiovisual equipment
- Maintain accurate inventory and asset management records for all IT equipment
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access across systems and platforms
- Support Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions and enforce company security policies
- Diagnose hardware and software issues and coordinate repairs or replacements as necessary
- Create, maintain, and update technical documentation and internal knowledge base
- Assist with IT projects and perform additional duties as assigned

We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled IT Technician to join our team and support our internal staff with day-to-day technology needs., * Minimum of 1 year of experience in IT support, help desk, or a similar role
- Strong communication skills with the ability to assist non-technical users effectively
- Proven troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
- High level of attention to detail and accountability
- Working knowledge of:
o Microsoft 365 (Office Suite)
o Windows operating systems and Active Directory
o Basic networking concepts
o Desktop, printer, and peripheral hardware support
- Understanding of data security, privacy standards, and IT best practices
- Ability to lift and transport IT equipment (computers, monitors, etc.)
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft) are a plus
