IT Technician

We are seeking an experienced IT Technician to support a short-term network migration project in Horseshoe Bay, TX. The technician will assist with setting up PCs, migrating devices from an existing company network to a new environment, and ensuring all systems are fully operational before moving on to peripheral setup., * Set up and prepare PCs for network migration

• Image PCs and transition them from the legacy network to the new company network
• Validate system functionality, network connectivity, and user access before deployment
• Configure and reconnect peripherals (printers, monitors, accessories) once PC setup is completed
• Follow provided migration procedures and technical documentation
• Communicate with remote support teams for escalations or configuration assistance
• Maintain accurate documentation of completed work and device status

Do you have experience in Hardware support?, This role requires a detail-oriented technician who can work independently on-site while also coordinating with remote support as needed., * Previous IT support or desktop technician experience

• Strong understanding of PC hardware, imaging, and basic networking
• Ability to troubleshoot connection or setup issues during the migration
• Must bring basic hand tools and personal laptop
• Reliable transportation and punctuality
• Ability to work independently and follow structured processes, * Technical support: 1 year (Preferred)
• VoIP: 1 year (Preferred)
