Job description
We're seeking a strong Director to support Commerce Data & Technology Solutions for a key global agency client. This role will partner with Connected Commerce and Retail Media teams to execute strategies that unify identity, data, and key technology to power and enhance agency workflows and deliver integrated solutions that drive measurable business outcomes., * Support the vision and roadmap for implementation and orchestration of Commerce data and technology solutions aligned with client and agency objectives.

Champion innovation in Connected Commerce planning, activation, content and measurement workflows

Day-to-day support of application and implementation of integrated platforms centralize data and enable automation across Commerce teams.

Ensure interoperability across identity, data, and activation layers for omnichannel commerce.

Under the guidance of the VP, support clients and internal teams on application of commerce technology strategy.

Translate complex technical capabilities into clear, outcome-driven narratives.

Ensure teams are meeting standards for data quality, security, and compliance across the business.

Manage vendor relationships and evaluate emerging technologies for strategic fit.

Develop key solutions plans that meet and exceed client's business needs, in partnership with agency Client Leadership, Strategy, Activation and Analytics teams.

Support teams in functional ways to incorporate AI and automation to workflows, improving efficiency and scalability.
Requirements

Bachelor's degree in technology, business, analytics, or related field.

Minimum of 8 years experience in Commerce, Retail Media, Data Strategy, and/or Shopper Marketing

Experience in delivering data-driven solutions in retail, media, or commerce environments.

Strong communication skills with ability to simplify complex concepts.

Experience working across cross-functional teams and global stakeholders.

Ability to work across multiple time zones globally, with some travel required (less than 10%)
Preferred Skills:

Familiarity with retail media networks, commerce marketing platforms, and data clean rooms.

Understanding of privacy regulations and data governance frameworks.
Benefits & conditions
Compensation Range: $119,510 - $188,025. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
