The Data and Platform Solutions group is a specialized team within the agency. We are a mix of data researchers, strategists and technology experts, and consultants.
The Associate Director, Data and Platform Solutions will be responsible for applying expertise in how a Data Driven Audience Strategy can help impact a client's business through better marketing decisions. This role is in the intersection of Strategy, Data & Tech, with the power of Epsilon Connected Identity at the center .
The Associate Director in this role will drive audience strategy, deliver actionable insights, and enhance targeting efforts. The ideal candidate will have experience in media with a keen eye for data analytics and business acumen.
Responsibilities

Lead the strategic use of audience data to shape and optimize media strategies in alignment with client goals

Oversee end-to-end audience management, including segmentation, taxonomy development, and distribution to activation partners

Leverage data platforms and audience tools to analyze behavior, build robust audience profiles, and translate insights into actionable recommendations that inform planning and activation

Serve as a cross-functional connector between media planning, activation, and creative teams, ensuring data-driven alignment and cohesive execution

Stay ahead of evolving media and data trends, acting as a go-to resource for audience strategy and best practices across the agency

Confidently lead client engagements, delivering clear, compelling presentations and strategic recommendations
Requirements

B.S. or MBA, preferably in Marketing, Advertising, Communications

6+ years in digital media, ad technology, or account planning, with special emphasis on planning and creating insights related to consumer segments

3+ years with increasing responsibility within an agency or media company

Strong understanding of audience tools (MRI, GWI, DMP's)

Strong understanding of digital marketing, CRM, and audience segmentation

Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets

Advanced presentation, storytelling, and project management skills

Strong understanding of Paid Media in relation with Owned, Earned and Shared, as well as knowledge of Ad Tech platforms (DSPs, SSPs, CDPs, 3rd Party data, pixels, DCO)

Familiarity with customer acquisition goals and the implication of different optimization levers
Benefits & conditions
Compensation Range: $112,290 - $153,000. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
