Sr. Technologist/ Systems Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Technologist/System Engineer to join our dynamic team. This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a hybrid environment, focusing on identity management systems and infrastructure operations. Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain identity management systems and server operating systems.
• Manage and troubleshoot Azure Portal/M365 Administration, including Azure, Entra, Exchange, Intune, and OneDrive.
• Develop automation and scripting solutions using PowerShell and other tools.
• Oversee identity management and domain administration tasks, including AD, Entra, DNS, and DHCP.
• Analyze system logs and implement appropriate solutions for operational issues.
• Participate in on-call rotations and provide Tier 3 support for escalated issues.
• Create comprehensive documentation and assist in training departmental members.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least 15 years of total IT experience with a focus on Windows Active Directory.
• A minimum of 10 years of experience with scripting and automation tools.
• Strong troubleshooting skills using system events and logs.
• Experience in managing virtual environments using vSphere or Azure hypervisors.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with messaging administration and archiving solutions.
• Familiarity with patch management and systems monitoring tools.
• Technical certifications in relevant areas.
• Previous exposure to merger and acquisition activities.
