Job description
We are seeking a skilled Workday Technical Consultant with strong expertise in Talent and Performance modules. This role focuses on advanced configuration, system optimization, and resolving complex technical challenges within Workday. The ideal candidate will work closely with HR and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, reliable, and high-quality solutions while ensuring data integrity and system efficiency., * Configure and enhance Workday Talent, Performance, and Core HCM modules to meet evolving business requirements.
- Design and implement complex configuration solutions, considering system integrations and downstream impacts.
- Act as a subject matter expert, advising stakeholders on best practices and optimal system usage.
- Support testing activities including system validation, regression testing, and release readiness.
- Ensure all configurations comply with internal governance standards and system controls.
- Assist in deployment, release management, and post-implementation support.
- Develop and maintain clear technical documentation, including configuration guides and process flows.
- Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Workday configuration and support.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in Workday Talent Management configuration.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in Workday Performance Management configuration.
- Strong experience designing and troubleshooting complex Workday solutions independently.
- Solid understanding of HR processes, data models, and system dependencies.
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Exposure to additional Workday modules such as Core HCM, Learning, or Reporting is a plus.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Workday Skills Cloud or similar capabilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Strong communication skills to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
