Job description

Technical Support

  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to surveillance systems (CCTV), intercoms, door phones, access control systems, and alarms
  • Provide support via phone, TeamViewer, Zendesk, and email
  • Assist customers with both remote and in-person hardware and software troubleshooting

Hardware Diagnosis

  • Test and evaluate potentially defective equipment to identify and resolve issues effectively

Documentation & Process

  • Maintain accurate records in internal systems and follow established support protocols
  • Document troubleshooting steps and solutions for future reference

Requirements

Technical Background

  • Experience or education in IT or security system support

Problem-Solving Skills

  • Strong troubleshooting ability and critical thinking skills

Adaptability

  • Willingness to learn new technologies and continuously improve

Organization

  • Strong attention to detail with excellent documentation habits

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Understanding of computer and IP networking
  • Experience with IP camera systems (highly preferred)
