Job description
Technical Support
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to surveillance systems (CCTV), intercoms, door phones, access control systems, and alarms
- Provide support via phone, TeamViewer, Zendesk, and email
- Assist customers with both remote and in-person hardware and software troubleshooting
Hardware Diagnosis
- Test and evaluate potentially defective equipment to identify and resolve issues effectively
Documentation & Process
- Maintain accurate records in internal systems and follow established support protocols
- Document troubleshooting steps and solutions for future reference
Requirements
Technical Background
- Experience or education in IT or security system support
Problem-Solving Skills
- Strong troubleshooting ability and critical thinking skills
Adaptability
- Willingness to learn new technologies and continuously improve
Organization
- Strong attention to detail with excellent documentation habits
Preferred Qualifications
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Understanding of computer and IP networking
- Experience with IP camera systems (highly preferred)
