CODE PA - AEM Solution Architect

• 8-10 years in enterprise content management, digital platform architecture, or related roles
• Hands-on Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) expertise (architecture, implementation, support)
• Strong knowledge of Java, Sling, dispatcher, and front-end integration
• Experience assessing complex enterprise environments and identifying risks
• Background in vendor-built systems and transition readiness
• Ability to develop technical assessments, support models, and documentation strategies
• Strong executive-level written communication
• Experience with collaboration tools (Confluence, SharePoint, Azure DevOps), * Experience transitioning from vendor-led to hybrid/internal support models
• Governance and standards development experience
• Contribution to procurement, SOWs, or contractor role definition
• Support for large public-facing/government platforms
• Familiarity with AEM Cloud Service operational constraints
• Understanding of AEM security models and accessibility requirements
• Relevant Adobe or architecture certifications

Success Metrics:

• Documented understanding AEM environment, risks, and dependencies
• Defined and endorsed future-state support model
• Transition plan in place and underway
• Architecture and support documentation stored in-owned systems
• Governance expectations established for future platform changes

Additional Requirements:

• Familiarity with enterprise platform governance, vendor management, and support model design
• Exposure to procurement or RFP/RFI processes preferred
• Ability to perform essential functions of the role
