Job description

  • Design, develop, and deploy integrations using TIBCO BusinessWorks 5.x
  • Build and manage messaging solutions using TIBCO EMS (queues, topics, fault tolerance)
  • Develop and integrate SOAP and RESTful services
  • Perform data transformations using XML, XSD, XSLT, and JSON
  • Monitor and administer TIBCO environments (Administrator, Hawk)
  • Troubleshoot and resolve integration and performance issues
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on SOA and integration design

Requirements

  • Strong hands-on experience with TIBCO BusinessWorks 5.x
  • Expertise in TIBCO EMS and messaging concepts (JMS, MQ)
  • Experience with SOAP/REST services and API integration
  • Proficiency in XML, XSD, XSLT, WSDL, JSON, Swagger/OpenAPI
  • Solid SQL skills and experience with Oracle, SQL Server, or MySQL
  • Knowledge of TIBCO Adapters (JDBC, File, SAP)
  • Understanding of SOA principles and integration patterns

Nice to Have:

  • UNIX/Linux and shell scripting
  • CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps)
  • Git or SVN version control
  • Agile experience (Scrum/Kanban, Jira/Rally)
  • DevOps and automation exposure
  • Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
  • Docker, Kubernetes
  • API Gateways, microservices, and security (OAuth2, SSL)
  • Monitoring tools (Splunk, ELK, AppDynamics)

Experience:

  • 5+ years in TIBCO BW development and enterprise integration

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
