Job description

Design and implement enterprise integrations using TIBCO BusinessWorks (BW 5.x/6.x) Develop robust RESTful services and microservices using Java and Spring Boot Build and manage event-driven solutions using Solace PubSub+ (publish/subscribe patterns) Work with messaging technologies including Solace, Kafka, and TIBCO EMS Integrate distributed systems such as ERP platforms, CRM applications, databases, and third-party services Perform data transformation and mapping using XML, JSON, XSD, and XSLT Ensure reliability, scalability, and performance across integration workflows

Requirements

Hands-on experience with TIBCO BusinessWorks in enterprise environments Strong working knowledge of Solace messaging (critical requirement) Proficiency in Java and Spring Boot for microservices development Solid understanding of event-driven architecture and asynchronous communication models Experience designing and consuming REST APIs and system integrations Strong analytical thinking and communication skills

Preferred Skills Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS or Azure) Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
