ATE Hardware & Thermal Support Technician

Seeking a hands-on ATE Technician to support semiconductor test floor operations, focusing on hardware setup, thermal system integration, troubleshooting, and maintenance of load boards, sockets, and cooling systems., * Setup and maintain ATE thermal systems (TCORE, Eflux, Chroma, etc.)

• Perform load board changes, socket maintenance, and hardware debugging
• Troubleshoot thermal issues (cooling, sensors, leaks)
• Conduct testing (continuity, open/short, TDR) and calibration (plunger force, PSI)
• Support cold testing environments and dry box setups
• Perform daily system checks and document issues/reports

• Experience with ATE/semiconductor test environments
• Strong knowledge of thermal systems and hardware troubleshooting
• Hands-on experience with load boards, sockets, and test equipment
• Familiarity with failure analysis and debugging

Preferred

• Experience with TCORE, SeaCobra, Eflux, Winway, or Chroma systems
• Experience in cold testing and lab environments, * thermal systems and hardware: 5 years (Required)
