Job description

Intellicor is seeking an experienced IT Manager to lead the design, development, and ongoing support of enterprise integrations, reporting platforms, and database systems. This role blends hands-on technical expertise with people leadership, strategic planning, and cross-functional collaboration. The manager will oversee integration and reporting initiatives, ensure system reliability and scalability, and guide a team of developers and analysts in alignment with business objectives. This role plays a key part in supporting operational excellence and long-term business success., * Lead, mentor, and develop a team of integration and reporting developers; set goals, provide performance feedback, and support professional growth.

  • Establish priorities, allocate resources, and manage workload to meet project deadlines and operational commitments.
  • Partner with business leaders and external vendors to define requirements, scope initiatives, and align technology solutions with organizational strategy.
  • Own standards, best practices, and governance for integrations, reporting, and database administration.
  • Ability to travel occasionally to other company locations as needed.

Technical & Strategic Oversight

  • Oversee development, enhancement, and maintenance of systems built in Delphi, C#/.NET, JavaScript, and related technologies across legacy and modern platforms.
  • Provide architectural direction and technical review for enterprise integrations using Boomi (or equivalent platforms), including data mappings, connectors, and error handling.
  • Ensure reliability, performance, and security of Microsoft SQL Server environments, including backup/recovery, performance tuning, and user/security administration.
  • Guide the design and delivery of SSRS reporting solutions, ensuring data accuracy, usability, and alignment with business intelligence needs.
  • Evaluate and recommend improvements, modernization efforts, and new tools to enhance integration, reporting, and data capabilities.

Operations & Support

  • Oversee second- and third-level support for application, database, and integration issues; ensure timely resolution and root-cause analysis.
  • Coordinate system upgrades, patches, and deployments across Windows server and desktop environments.
  • Ensure clear documentation of system designs, processes, configurations, and support procedures for both technical teams and business users.

Process & Collaboration

  • Lead projects through the full SDLC, utilizing Agile methodologies, source control, and issue-tracking tools.
  • Promote collaboration across development, QA, infrastructure, and business teams.
  • Monitor KPIs related to system performance, integration reliability, and reporting delivery.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience leading or mentoring technical teams in an integration, reporting, or application development environment.
  • Strong technical background in Delphi (Embarcadero RAD Studio) and C#/.NET development.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server administration, including T-SQL, stored procedures, performance tuning, and backup/recovery.
  • Proven experience with SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) and enterprise reporting solutions.
  • Hands-on experience with Boomi or similar integration platforms.
  • Solid understanding of Windows OS/server administration and Microsoft Office tools (including Excel automation).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders., * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience modernizing legacy systems or leading platform migrations.
  • Familiarity with SSIS, Power BI, or broader business intelligence ecosystems.
  • Relevant certifications (SQL Server, SSRS, Boomi, or project management).
  • Knowledge of Windows server networking and Active Directory.
  • Three (3) to five (5) years of experience preferred, but not required.
