WHAT YOU'LL DO
We're looking for a Systems Integration Delivery Manager to lead the charge on complex, high-impact RevTech initiatives. You'll operate at the intersection of strategy and execution, collaborating across teams to turn data assessments, data repair and systems tuning efforts, AI tools, and visualization solutions into real impact. From helping determine the right offerings, to estimating timelines and workplans to delivering results, you'll be at the helm of seamless project delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Drive Project Planning and Execution
Shape the scope, timeline, and key outcomes of data-focused projects and package in a client-facing format
- Lead Delivery on projects implemented in client systems
Oversee the rollout of custom dashboards, cutting edge AI tools, and data "handyman" solutions for our clients including teaming with client team members to align on assumptions and remove roadblocks
- Partner Across the Business
Work shoulder to shoulder with data engineers, analysts, and business leaders to keep priorities aligned and deliver results for our clients.
- Manage Risk Proactively
Spot issues before they surface. Build safeguards around data integrity, security, and compliance to keep projects on track.
- Measure What Matters
Leverage data to track progress, course-correct quickly, and deliver results on time, every time.
- Help Design the next generation of offerings
Help shape our highest value offerings for our clients in our SI services division including delivery scope, default timelines, pricing and client-facing selling materials. Support continuing to refine those offerings as we grow the business.
Requirements
We are seeking an experienced Systems Integration Delivery Manager with a track record of managing and delivering enterprise-level systems integration projects., * 5+ years of experience in RevOps or otherwise Commercial performance-oriented solution design in Salesforce, Dynamics, and/or other RevTech systems, and implementation, including guiding Architects, developers, and data engineers in delivery of SI products
- Strong expertise in Salesforce platform capabilities, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Experience Cloud
- Knowledge of CRM security, data governance, and compliance best practices
- Understanding of data architecture, cloud platforms, and database management
- Fluency in CRM data topics including common 3rd Party data sources, data governance, data enrichment and other data processes
- Familiarity with other common systems in the RevTech stack (e.g. Outreach, Gong or similar)
- Experience identifying key issues in client tech stack and data architecture and optimizing CRM configuration and cross-system communication
- Experience building key visualizations in salesforce for commercial use cases
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a results-driven mindset

Some local governments in the United States require a good-faith, reasonable salary range to be included in job postings for open roles. The estimated annualized compensation for this role is as follows:
- In Illinois, Georgia, Texas and Massachusetts States, the good-faith, reasonable annualized full-time salary range for this role is between $136,500 - $182,000; placement within this range will vary based on several factors including, but not limited to experience, education, licensure/certifications, training and skill level
- Annual discretionary performance bonus
- This role may also be eligible for other elements of discretionary compensation
- 4.5% 401(k) company contribution, which increases after 3 years of service and is 100% vested upon start date
