Job description
The Content Specialist Junior role will support our team of full-time eCommerce Content Specialists. The specialist is responsible for creating and displaying products on the website to drive traffic, conversion, and revenue while maintaining brand voice. This position involves rotating responsibilities such as asset acquisition, image editing, copywriting, attribution, quality assurance, and more., * Create, update, and optimize product pages across the eCommerce platform.
- Source and manage product assets (images, videos, enhanced content, descriptive attributes) to ensure compliance and quality.
- Apply customer-facing, SEO-optimized product titles, bullet points, romance copy, and descriptions tailored to customer needs.
- Ensure complete information in HTML format.
- Ensure product information is accurate, engaging, and well-presented by participating in QA activities.
- Ensure consistency with brand voice and internal guidelines.
- Maintain product data integrity in PIM and CMS systems.
- Troubleshoot content display issues and resolve compliance concerns.
- Stay current and adopt process and technology changes including technology-driven enhancements, new tools (AI, Alteryx), and content standards.
Requirements
- Experience in creating and optimizing product content.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices for product listings.
- Ability to source and manage digital assets.
- Proficiency in HTML formatting.
- Strong attention to detail and quality assurance.
- Familiarity with PIM and CMS systems.
- Ability to troubleshoot content display issues.
