• Scrum Master will be supporting 2 teams within Vehicle Operations & Logistics.
• Current team model is closer to Kanban than traditional Scrum

Role Scope & Responsibilities:

• Scrum Master will support 2 teams within Vehicle Operations & Logistics.
• Team operates in a Kanban-leaning environment (not strict Scrum).
• Key focus areas:
• Driving an Agile mindset over rigid processes
• Building and stabilizing new teams
• Challenging teams constructively to improve delivery and performance
• Facilitating day-to-day Agile activities aligned with team needs

Target Years of Exp: min 4Top

5 Must Haves: coaching mindset, planning and execution, continuous improvement mindset

No certification preference

Scrum Master II (Logistics)

• 2 days onsite would be required
• Working with 2 teams
• Model is not scrum or kanban
• Person will have agile mindset over process orientation
• Team building
• Consistently challenging the team
• Going through transformation
• New ways of working
• New structure
• Supports teams
• Understand the layer
• Clear communication
• Working closely with RTE
• Figure things out together
• Very less experience people would be good as this is only guiding
• History of team formation with 15 years of exp may not be interested in pursuing this role
• Promoting psychological strength in teams
• Building AI capabilities
• Gives an external prospective on how to overcome challenges, how to perform etc,

Scrum Master II (Vehicle Services)

• Don't have exact idea of which teams
• Understanding of scrum principles
• Transitioning into AI
• Flexibility adaptability into new AI world
• Understanding the dependencies
• Communication risks
• Someone enables the team
• How someone brings out proactiev ways
• Critical thinking would be amazing
• No AI experience required at all
• Team building
• No MAX / MINIMUM experience for this role, just screen properly - skills supersede over years of experience

Scrum Master - Vehicle Operations & Logistics, * Strong Agile mindset (more important than framework adherence)

• Experience with:
• Team building / forming new teams
• Working in Kanban or hybrid Agile environments
• Ability to influence, challenge, and guide teams effectively

Nice-to-Haves / Preferences:

• No strict requirement for certifications (e.g., CSM, SAFe) or specific education
• Focus is purely on practical experience and skillset
